Attorney with 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience needed for small, elite Long Beach employment law firm.

Must be capable of litigation of all aspects of employment law, including interviews with potential clients, discovery, depositions, analysis of documents, and all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal court, including class actions, administrative proceedings, and arbitration/mediation. Exemplary research, writing and communication skills are imperative.

The ideal candidate must have an excellent work ethic, outstanding organizational skills, and a professional and collegial attitude. Proficiency with MS Office and/or WordPerfect software as well as a working knowledge of Westlaw internet research is required.
