Living and working in Los Angeles is fast paced, exciting and challenging.  It is also very stressful.

Join us on August 23 as we host Javanne Golob, for a presentation on how to best manage stress and anxiety at work and beyond.

Javanne is a licensed clinical social worker/psychotherapist, self-compassion teacher, and yoga/meditation instructor with an expertise in supporting professionals through life-changing transitions, crises, and identity shifts.  She has assisted and presented to individuals in leading law firms, tech companies, and universities on how to best identify and manage stress and anxiety, and how to accomplish mental well-being.  Javanne’s goal is to help participants recognize and identify the markers of anxiety, provide tangible tools to manage stress/anxiety in the moment, and offer support to those interested in deepening their understanding and improving their mental health.

Doors open at 11:45 AM for networking and lunch. Our formal meeting will begin promptly at noon.
