My colleague runs a private equity firm, and he is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to fill the final position of a new management build out for one of their portfolio companies. Company has a deep management team owning a significant equity stake. They produce products and services in the aerospace industry for military, commercial and space programs. Currently, one acquisition under LOI, with another one in negotiation. With this acquisition, revenues are >$20mm on a full run rate basis, and very profitable.
