Our six attorney employment law boutique firm in Long Beach is seeking an experienced paralegal to assist with our caseload. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably assisting with employment or business litigation matters. Paralegal will be conducting legal research, preparing discovery responses, screening potential clients, preparing correspondence including detailed demand letters, assisting with calendaring, and assisting in drafting pleadings and other court documents. Wage and hour class action experience and ability to speak Spanish would be helpful, but is not required.
