Human Resources Director for a Leading Real Estate Developer

Our client is a well-known Real Estate Developer with communities and homes in the US, Germany and China. They are seeking a Human Resources Director to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Responsibilities: - Create and implement appropriate policies, programs and practices for the company’s human resource function- Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, and administration- Oversee and manage the work of Human Resources staff- Establish and lead the standardized recruiting and hiring practices - Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth- Oversee the company’s payroll and benefits programs.- Ensure consistency in the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises- Ensure the company maintains compliance with labor laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates- Oversee organizational and space planning

Requirements- Bachelor's degree, required - 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR administrative management positions- Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, preferred- Experience in administrating comp and benefits programs and other Human Resources programs- Motivated, high achieving individual with strong work ethic- Team player with the ability to build relationships- Willingness to work with international teams, including flexibility in scheduling calls and activities to accommodate time zone differences
