Customer Care Leader for a Well-Known Business Organization

Our client is a well-known business association whose members come from a diverse range of professional backgrounds. They are seeking a Customer Care Leader to manage a team of call center employees and to provide ongoing care and service for their members.

Responsibilities:- Work closely with and manage a team of three call center employees- Provide training and guidance to call center team while refining existing practices and procedures- Coordinate with Membership Service Representatives for new member on-boarding calls- Welcome and communicate with new members (explain company website functions, inform them of upcoming events, etc)- Answer phone calls and emails from members in a timely and professional manner- Handle escalated customer service requests or issues

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree, required- 8+ years of experience in customer care or service, required- Experience in a call center environment, preferred- Friendly and professional demeanor- Ability to “stay on top of things,” learn proper channels for communication, and stay calm under pressure
