ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT -- small Real Estate office in Brentwood, LA (Part-time 20- 30 hours a week) Real Estate Investment Company specializing in value-added apartment buildings in CA, AZ and NV seeking IMMEDIATELY an Experience Administrative Assistant with a high energy, well organized, able to manage administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. The position is full time or part-time (25 hours a week). the office is in Brentwood Los Angeles area.

Qualifications include the following:

• Minimum 3 years experience in an office business environment. • Strong command of the English language, writing, editing and grammar • Attention to accurate details • Typed accurately at least 50 wpm • Effective organizational and time management skills • Manage different tasks while paying strong attention to detail • Computer savvy beyond the basic • Online Social Marketing and or Real Estate is a plus.

Full time or Part time (25 hours a week) with Flexible hours, small staff; quiet office near Sunset & Bundy. compensation $16-$20 an hour based on experience with substantial growth opportunity. We are looking to build a team to expand our business and are searching for an experienced assistant to be apart of the team.
