Our client provides one-on-one sales coaching to a variety of clients and develops interactive sales workouts designed to deliver immediate results. They are seeking a Sales Coach to add to their growing team. This position allows for telecommuting and is ideal for a motivated individual that is looking for a challenging yet flexible position.
Responsibilities: - Help sales teams practice and improve their sales skills through one-on-one weekly coaching - Develop interactive sales exercises for clientele - Record notes for each coaching session - Follow-up with clients on progress made each week - Create custom-made sales exercises based on client's strengths and weaknesses
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, required - 5+ years of sales experience and financial services experience, required - Strong selling skills and ability to demonstrate top performer approaches - Experience selling high-end products and services with a relationship building sales process, highly preferred - Strong understanding of the sales process and how to interact with clients - Ability to quickly learn and understand new products, services and value propositions of different companies - Strong writing skills and verbal communication skills
