Human Resources Manager for a Healthcare Staffing Company

Our client is a large healthcare staffing company that specializes in per diem and travel nursing. They service 30 hospitals around Los Angeles and San Diego and provide world-class healthcare to patients. They are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to internal company personnel and the staffed nurses- Conduct evaluations for nurses and create training programs - Develop HR department goals, objectives & systems- Handle workers compensation related issues - Maintain and revise the company policies and procedures related to human resources- Perform benefits administration- Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures to streamline the human resources department- Create a culture of success for internal employees and the nurses out in the field

Qualifications:- 5-8 years in experience in a Human Resources role - Bachelors Degree, required- Experience working with nurses or a hospital-setting, a big plus - Experience in the staffing industry, a plus- Ability to multi-task and handle constantly shifting priorities - Proven ability to create and execute Human Resources strategy - Punctual, professional, reliably & trustworthy
