Senior Human Resources Consultant for an Outsourced Business Services Firm

Our client is a unique firm that provides a wide range of outsourced business services to small businesses and start-ups. This is an exciting and fast-paced firm with an awesome culture. The company covers everything from basic bookkeeping and tax planning to forecasting/budgets to HR, legal, and acquisition work. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to act as a client-facing consultant to the company’s outsourced HR Solutions clients.

Responsibilities:- Perform client activities including employee management, benefits administration, risk management/compliance, and client support- Develop and maintain HR solutions, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely client support for Human Resources functions- Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget- Develop, guide and mentor staff within the department, and supervise staff as needed- Participate and support new and existing project initiatives from the consulting office or at client sites- Handle correspondence involving HR Solutions clients- Prepare documents and maintain appropriate records- Maintain historical records for all payroll transactions and assist with periodic audits of Personnel and Payroll documents

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, required- 5+ years' experience in HR and Payroll- PHR or SPHR (or other relevant professional certification) preferred- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook- Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills- Experience with various industry-related software, including benefits portals, and others as needed- Ability to maintain complex and automated records in an orderly and accurate manner- Ability to deal with vendors and clients in an efficient and professional manner- Strong analytical and technical skills
