A woman named Ms. Evans has housed people in need in her home for years in South LA. It appears that some swindlers convinced her to sign some loan documents with the promise of helping her start a non-profit. They now have an unlawful detainer action against her and are kicking her out of her home. She is elderly and not well physically. She filed a civil action against them in pro per. She needs legal help fighting the UD and taking on her civil case (elder abuse).
