Year End Tax Update and Planning

Throughout his public accounting career, Neil has focused on working with businesses and high-net-worth individuals to plan and develop financial and tax strategies to help them meet their goals. Neil began his career in South Africa at Arthur Anderson where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before immigrating to the United States.

Specific experience

• Provides tax planning and compliance services, including tax structuring for a wide range of industries and high net worth individuals
• Experience in a range of industries including real estate, financial services, professional services, entertainment, and cannabis
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax and compliance guidelines, as well as U.S. GAAP
• Previous business experience includes working in private industry serving as a financial controller, CFO and later as the CEO of a biotechnology company
• Licensed CPA in California for over 34 years
