THE LAY OF THE LAND.

Understanding the insurance company’s decision- making process, in order to achieve your client’s goals.

In dealing with insurance companies on behalf of our clients, it is one thing to determine what needs to be done. It is quite another thing to learn how to do it, and how to avoid the minefields along the way.

Using the tools of life experience, insight, and close observation, we can gain an understanding of the trigger points, motivations and demands under which our point of contact is working in reporting to his or her insurance superiors. With this knowledge, we can chart a critical path through the usual obstacles to show the insurer why it is in its own interests to “do the right thing.”

In addition to his 40 years as an insurance lawyer, Eric is also an award-winning Fine Art Photographer, writer, and visual artist whose work has been exhibited and published throughout the world. Eric will walk us through the interrelationship he finds between art and the law as creative processes and will share some of his artwork as well!
