Bruin Professionals is excited to announce our new Trust and Probate Affinity Group. Join us for our first event, A View From the Bench with the Honorable Barbara Johnson. In this session, Judge Johnson will address common concerns and solutions such as, what happens when you get contesting bidders in court on probate property sales cases or how are dissolution cases handled when involving probate or trust actions. The session will be moderated by the group leader, Mina Kuper, a certified trust and probate realtor. You don't want to miss this insightful discussion.

After Hon. Barbara R. Johnson retired from the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2020 after 27 years on the bench with assignments in Probate, the Appellate Division, and the Criminal Department, she is now a full-time Mediator, Arbitrator, Referee, and Private Judge with ADR Services, Inc. Judge Johnson's Probate Court assignment included overseeing cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, contested conservatorships, contested guardianships, trust, and estate accounting disputes, contested real property transfers, trust contests, trust administration disputes, and will contests.
