Scammers and thieves are using sophisticated technologies to commit crimes against law offices.  Law offices must now use equally savvy technologies and procedures to protect themselves, clients, and staff.  Mr. Foonberg will draw upon his experiences as a practicing lawyer, CPA, and international business person to combat these frauds and scams.

Jay Foonberg, Esq., has been admitted to practice in California since 1964.  Mr. Foonberg is the author of numerous articles and books, including How to Start and Build a Law Practice (now in its 5th edition), How to Get and Keep Good Clients, Finding The Right Lawyer, and The ABA Guide To Lawyer Trust Accounts, and co-author (with J. Harris Morgan) of How to Draft Bills Clients Rush to Pay, Second Edition, all published by the American Bar Association.  Mr. Foonberg is a graduate of the UCLA School of Law.
