Bruin Professionals and the Real Estate Alumni Group are delighted to conduct a Real Estate Financing Roundtable lunch networking event on Wednesday, December 12^th.  Three of our favorite Bruins will be discussing all sorts of ways to obtain debt for your real estate projects.  The experts will be:  Brian Burke of City National Bank, Ken Chung of BRC Loans, and Eddie Neiman of Castle Funding.  Learn about the impact of interest rates on your next investment.  Determine when you should consider hard money.  Get hints on a mortgage for a new vacation home.  Let us help you find the money!

This BP/REAG session will be held at The Greenberg Glusker law firm located at 1900 Avenue of the Starts, 21^st Floor, Los Angeles.  We highly recommend parking at the Westfield Century City shopping mall located across the street in order to minimize parking expenses.

The session will begin at 11:15am and end promptly at 1:00pm (note earlier start time).
