Bruin Professionals and the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group are holding another stellar Orange County networking event. Find us this March in Irvine at the incredible Boardwalk facility. After a networking lunch and a deal exchange, we will have a presentation and panel discussion about one of the hottest topics in real estate: opportunity zones. An opportunity zone is a designation that allows certain real estate investments in lower income areas that provide considerable tax advantages. Bruin Professionals CPA's, Melodie Reguero and Guy Nicio, will be taking a break from their tax filing deadlines to lead the discussion.
