UCLA Bruin Professionals and UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) present: Bruin Professionals and the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group just held a phenomenal Opportunity Zone event in Orange County, and we are now bringing the event to LA. After a networking lunch and a deal exchange, we will have a presentation and panel discussion about one of the hottest topics in real estate: opportunity zones. An Opportunity Zone is a designation that allows certain real estate investments in lower income areas to provide considerable tax advantages. Guy Nicio, CPA (Partner, Windes) and Neil Faden (Partner, Manatt) will be leading our discussion with a focus on the new 169-page Proposed Regulations.
