Bruce will be speaking about the inner workings of the multi-billion dollar home flipping industry, finance (debt & equity), history, profits and losses, and the reality of “Reality TV.”

 

In 2010, Bruce partnered with UCLA Anderson professor Eric Susman to create Sequoia Real Estate Partners and was one of the first entrepreneurs to raise private equity to purchase REO’s. He’s been featured in the WSJ and the LA Business Journal, and speaks nationally on the subject. Bruce recently founded FlipGreat, a company designed to disrupt the industry and put more profit into Seller’s hands.
