Please join us for our April meeting! Dr. Bill Saleebey will lead a real estate panel with Holly Krupnick, a long time very successful residential realtor, and Eddie Neiman, an experienced mortgage broker. Holly and Eddie will answer questions and discuss the current state of the markets, both real estate and mortgage, at this time. They will also comment on what lies ahead and discuss potential opportunities that could arise for buyers and others once the markets normalize. 

About the Speakers

 Holly Krupnick, an agent with White House Properties, has been a residential Realtor for over 3 decades representing both Buyers and Sellers in all price ranges. She is well versed on current laws affecting real estate transactions, financing issues and marketing trends. She considers the real estate transaction process a "learning process" and seeks to be a counselor and educator to her clients.

Eddie Neiman has been in the mortgage banking industry for 35 years. He is currently a mortgage broker at Castle Funding Corp. and arranges mortgages for people buying or refinancing their primary residence, second home or small apartment building. He also arranges reverse mortgages. What makes Eddie different is he takes a financial planning approach to mortgage debt management. His mission is to minimize your monthly cash outlay and grow your net worth through proper management of your mortgage.
