BP Orange County is excited to get off the new year with an exciting speaker, Dr. Jessica Drew de Paz.  She is the Project Manager at UCI’s Mindful Health & Safety Center of Excellence, and she works with the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI), which provides classes and seminars to businesses on how to implement mindfulness in the workplace (https://ssihi.uci.edu).  Jessica will talk about using mindfulness in the workplace to focus personnel on their tasks, which leads to higher productivity and less injuries.  She will also discuss SSIHI’s classes/seminars.
