Category: Lawyers Affinity Group (LAG)

BP Lawyers Affinity Group is co-sponsoring an event that is very pertinent today. Ira Shapiro and Cindy Lebow will be discussing the impeachment proceeding,  including an explanation of key issues involved, such as discussion of the meaning of "high crime and misdemeanors," and the President's invocation of executive privilege or absolute immunity. There will also be discussion of the state of play in the Senate and the implications for the Chief Justice and the Supreme Court.
