About the Speaker

UCLA Alumni, Miguel Anaya, and his three brothers own Pinches Tacos. Pinches Tacos is a fast-casual Latino chain of restaurants with locations all over Southern California and Nevada. A business built by family, Pinches Tacos’ entire menu is inspired by their own home-cooked meals. With a head chef as a father and pastry chef as a mother, the Anaya family was destined for greatness in the realm of delicious cuisine. The restaurant chain is often frequented by celebrities, but the Anaya family says the best part is serving the communities of each location.
