Employment Law Update: What Your Business and Clients Need to Know for 2021

Linda Krieger, a 30 year employment law veteran, will update you regarding the newest changes to California employment and independent contractor laws, to keep you in compliance and out of trouble.

About the Speaker

 Linda Krieger grew up in Chicago, Illinois and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She received her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law.  Ms. Krieger specializes in providing employment advice and handling employment litigation.  Many of her employment matters consist of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and other issues arising out of the termination or discipline of employees.  She also advises employers and employees on such issues as wage and hour law, disability, trade secrets, unemployment, DFEH and EEOC compliance, and other issues focusing on prevention of employer/employee disputes.
