California Marriage:  Prenups and Divorce

Meet the Speakers:

Darlene Wanger has exclusively practiced family law for more than 18 years, at boutique family law practices, including the elite firm, Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers LLP.  She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from University of Southern California and her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of California, Los Angeles.  She started her career representing survivors of domestic violence in restraining order hearings, and divorce and paternity matters.  Darlene specializes in domestic violence and complex child custody matters involving allegations of child abuse, parental alienation, substance abuse, mental illness, and children with special needs, cases involving complex financial assets, and domestic and international jurisdiction disputes. Working closely with other professionals in assisting clients including forensic accountants and psychologists is an essential component of Darlene’s practice.  Darlene has integrated Collaborative Law into her representation strategy and has training as a mediator.

Jeremy Kline is a Certified Family Law Specialist* and is a partner at FMBK.    Jerry’s law practice focuses on family law (drafting and reviewing premarital and post marital agreements, marital dissolution, domestic violence restraining orders, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation, and paternity).    Jerry graduated from UCLA in 1982 and went across town to that other school,  USC Gould School of Law for  his JD degree in 1985.      Jerry and his wife Betsy have two adult children.

Time will be set aside for attendee introductions, so using the video feature throughout the meeting is encouraged. Please watch the training and read the documents on the BP ZOOM Resource Center, so you are prepared for the meeting.
