Bias impacts every decision we make, influences our behaviors, and, over time, shapes our institutions . To begin this journey of understanding, prior to our Chapter meeting on O ctober 6, 2021, please take 4-6 minutes to complete the cognitive bias assessment. This provides a common lang uage for self-reflection and serves to de-stigmatize bias. When we precisel y identify the biases we’re fearing—we can frame conversations for construc tive results.
