Anita Bradbury is the CEO and co-founder of Simply Solar, a leading solar energy company in California. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Anita has made significant contributions to the field of renewable energy. Her journey in the solar industry began 15 years ago when she started working as a project manager at Solarcity's LA branch, which was the highest producing branch at the time. During her tenure at Solarcity, Anita managed a caseload of approximately 200 projects, focusing on residential electrical installations. She demonstrated her expertise by overseeing a network of subcontractors for panel upgrades and specialty electrical work, ensuring code compliance and maintaining quality control. Anita's dedication and commitment to excellence led her to assume additional responsibilities, including performance reviews for installers and temporary oversight as the Operations Manager.

 Seeking new challenges, Anita joined A1 Solar as the Director of Operations. At A1 Solar, she played a pivotal role in transitioning the company from subcontractor-based installations to in-house teams. With her leadership, the company expanded to ten in-house teams across four locations. Anita's comprehensive understanding of solar operations, coupled with her ability to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, helped A1 Solar streamline its operations and achieve remarkable growth.

 Currently, as the CEO of Simply Solar, Anita is recognized as the integrator and glue of the company. Her primary focus is to ensure seamless collaboration among various departments and functions. With her deep understanding of the entire company ecosystem, Anita can anticipate how changes in sales or operations will impact other areas and swiftly adapt the processes accordingly. She thrives in the role of a motivator, inspiring her team members and addressing any challenges that arise.

 Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anita has actively engaged in community and sports activities. She has played rugby for 15 years and later excelled as a rugby coach, achieving remarkable success as head coach at both UCLA and UC Irvine. She has also served in leadership roles in the Pacific Desert Rugby Conference and the UCLA Alumni Association.
