Join BP Orange County for their monthly meeting!

We are excited to announce our April meeting. This month we will return to strengthening connections within our BP network by 1) featuring member spotlights by two of our new members, Evan Curtis and Josh Sciortino, and 2) extended networking in small breakout groups.

 Member Spotlights

Evan Curtis graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics and has spent the last two decades focusing on multifamily real estate and finance. He will provide an overview of the current multifamily real estate market, a case study on a value-add multifamily acquisition, and discuss the tax benefits of investing in real estate.    

Josh Sciortino is a search marketing consultant for brands like Home Depot and GE Appliances. He will be giving an overview of the web search industry, user behavior, and tactics that legal, real estate, and other professionals can use to incorporate web search as a channel for new business.

In addition, we are developing a BP OC member directory and need your input to make sure it highlights what you want other members to remember about your expertise. We will share the current draft during the meeting and collect your comments, with the intent of providing it at each monthly chapter meeting going forward.
