Meet the speaker: Della Starman


After working in the banking industry early in her career and later owning her own company, Della Starman has spent a lifetime learning about financial services and the industry. She joined the insurance business in 2006 and has since found a home at Watermark Life Insurance Services, where she serves as a life specialist and client relationship Manager.

Della takes a personal approach to her practice, getting to know her clients' needs and wants before providing the right solution for them. Her focus, first and foremost, is on ensuring the client experience is a positive one. She is particularly involved in the long-term care insurance sector, as she's seen too many people lose their savings and livelihoods because of health-related expenses.
