Meet the speaker:
Linda Guthmann Krieger
Linda Guthmann Krieger is an employment attorney at the firm Ellenoff Grossman & Schole with extensive experience representing employers in matters relating to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, trade secrets, and wage and hour laws. She also defends employees and assists them with separation agreements. She acts as corporate counsel for several small to medium sized businesses, advising them on day-to-day employment issues. Ms. Krieger is also a third-party neutral workplace investigator assisting employers with internal employee complaints. She has been designated as an expert witness in regard to employment issues. Finally, Ms. Krieger has served as a mediator for cases in both state and federal court. Ms. Krieger is a graduate of the University of Illinois and UCLA School of Law.
