Meet the Speaker:

Scott Wimer

Scott is an OD consultant and executive coach with multi-industry experience. He specializes in executive coaching, 360º feedback, team building, conflict management, facilitation, leadership development, career coaching and resolving high-stakes, complex problems. He leads workshops on performance coaching, communication, leadership, and consultation skills.

    Scott has a practical, hands-on approach and he relates well to people at all levels. His programs are tailored specifically to the needs of his clients and they often result in major, enduring change to the organization’s culture. As a coach, he provides powerful feedback and support, and people often improve their performance dramatically. Also, Scott teaches highly rated classes at UCLA and other institutions.

    Scott has published articles in TD (Training and Development), Executive Excellence, The OD Practitioner, Consultation, and the Los Angeles Times. His work has been featured in the videos “Situational Coaching,” “Learning from 360º Feedback,” and “Continuous Team Development.”
