Liz Pryor

Author, speaker, and relationship and life advice expert Liz Pryor tells inspiring life stories on and off the page. Her first book, What Did I Do Wrong? (Simon & Schuster), was a finalist for the Books for a Better Life Award.

Pryor was chosen from 15,000 applicants as ABC’s Good Morning America life advice expert, dispensing advice on friendship, parenting, relationships, divorce, and more for two years.

Her memoir, Look at You Now (Random House), became a Chicago Tribune bestseller and was optioned for a TV series by Sony Television. Her TEDx Talk on self-judgment, “Alone on the Inside,” has over 300,000 views.

Pryor answers life advice questions on her website, www.LizPryor.com, and speaks nationally on relationships, friendship, and life advice. Her work has appeared in Redbook, Elle, Forbes, Good Housekeeping, and People, and she regularly guests on female empowerment and advice podcasts.

In 2018, she became a contributing editor to Family Circle, writing a monthly life-matters column.
