Meet the speaker:
Brian is a partner Via Law LLP and practices estate planning, advanced estate tax planning, business succession planning, trust administration, and probate law. He also serves as a Wealth Planner with Morton Wealth, consulting with clients on tax and legacy planning matters.
Brian is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.
Brian received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, and earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. He has worked in the area of estate planning since 2005 and in a wealth planning role since 2019.
Some of his clients include professionals, business owners, and executors and trustees of complex estates and trusts, including special needs trusts, life insurance trusts, and various estate and gift tax planning entities.
Brian has become well-versed in the world of digital assets and will be presenting on “The Basics of Bitcoin.”
