Everyday AI Beyond ChatGPT
Most professionals have experimented with ChatGPT, but few are using AI strategically. In this session, I’ll start by covering the most common mistakes I see people making with AI tools and how a small shift in approach can dramatically improve results. From there, we’ll move beyond slides and into live demonstrations of AI tools my clients are using at home and work. You’ll see how AI can instantly design a website, transform complex material into an interactive study guide, allow non-technical users to ask sophisticated business questions, and power a specialized legal workflow through a custom AI application.

Vim Mahadevan, a UCLA Anderson MBA, is the Principal Consultant at Vimware, an IT consulting firm helping businesses bridge the gap between executive strategy and technical execution. His career spans the full technical lifecycle—from databases and software applications to web platforms and cloud infrastructure. His background includes leading IT initiatives across the consumer products, call center, entertainment, healthcare, and legal industries. An AWS Consulting Partner, Vimware currently focuses on modernizing organizations through AI implementation and strategic technical leadership.
