About the event

Join BP Encino Chapter on their monthly meeting!

Real Estate Investing 101

I’ll define commonly used jargon like cap rate, NOI, LTV, depreciation and 1031 exchange. I’ll show you how to quickly evaluate an investment property using 3rd grade math. We’ll discuss if you have what it takes to be a landlord in Los Angeles and talk about the other ways to build wealth using real estate. I hope the other real estate and banking professionals in BP join us in Encino so we can have a lively discussion, all things real estate!
