Meet the speaker:

Kevin Palm

Kevin Palm is an experienced pension actuary and retirement plan specialist with over four decades in the industry. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics/Applied Science from UCLA and built his career through roles in the U.S. and Australia before joining Kravitz in 1991, where he advanced into senior technical and leadership positions. After becoming an Enrolled Actuary in 1997, he advised clients ranging from small businesses to large organizations on complex retirement plan design and compliance. Following Kravitz’s acquisition by Ascensus in 2017, he played a key role in integrating legacy TPA and actuarial firms into FuturePlan, where he now serves as a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant focused on cash balance and defined benefit

strategies, business development, and SECURE 2.0 implementation support.

Outside of work, Kevin has deep ties to UCLA and long-standing involvement in athletics and leadership communities. Raised across several U.S. cities before settling in Southern California, he has been married to his wife Robin since 1992 and is a father of three. He is active in family life, travel, and outdoor activities, with interests including hiking, soccer refereeing, yoga, skiing, SCUBA diving, and supporting UCLA sports.
