Meet the speaker:
Adam Walker
Adam Walker is senior counsel and shareholder with Full Circle Business Law, PC a transactional business and corporate law practice that assists small to midsized businesses as they grapple with growth, changes, and challenges. They organize companies as their needs evolve, protect and propel them with thoughtful, customized business agreements, and assist with their eventual sale.
He is  licensed as an attorney in the State of California. Historically, He has also served as legal and compliance counsel for several Southern California businesses and law firms, including City National Bank.

Adam represent start-ups, small business, and mid-sized established companies in transactional business matters, including formations, sales, debt instruments, strategy, litigation avoidance, and general counsel. They also direct companies on employment matters and draft essential documents.
