Meet the speaker:
Yvonne Santos
With over 20+ years of commercial lending experience from large banking institutions to community lending, Yvonne brings credit expertise from a wide range of industries. She works to set standards for businesses to become bankable companies and serves as a leadership mentor to business owners and professionals. She understands commercial real estate lending and thrives in providing solutions to real estate professionals.
She has managed SBA departments, directly reported to CEOs, managed syndicated loans, grown businesses from $100M to over $20MM in revenue and booked RE transactions as small as $250M to well over $50MM deals.
Yvonne volunteers at various organizations and boards and has been an active participant and resident in Long Beach for over 21 years. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
