Have you ever dreamed of a day when you don't have to write an annual check to the State Bar?  Our panel shares their experiences in making that jump.

Roberta Kass has over 25 years of legal recruiting experience, placing attorneys with law firms, in-house corporate departments, and non-profits.  She frequently speaks to bar groups and trade associations about the legal market and career strategies.

Negin Mirmirani has extensive talent acquisition experience, including in-house with Google and Netflix. At Netflix, she and her teams have the privilege of looking after hiring across a number of functions, including legal, communications, global affairs, and marketing.

A former litigator and judicial clerk, Alisa Shorago has provided employee education through her company, Shorago Training Services, since 2008. She specializes in training not only on law-related topics such as anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and legal writing skills; but also topics like workplace communication skills and emotional intelligence.
