UCLA Bruin Professionals (BP) and the Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG) are sponsoring a networking lunch in Orange County. We will be joined by Scott Frick, a proud Bruin and Senior Vice President of Real Estate Operations for OCVIBE. OCVIBE is a $4+ billion, privately funded, 100-acre mixed-use district surrounding the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, with phased openings beginning in early 2027. Mr. Frick will discuss how this area is being transformed into a vibrant, walkable entertainment and lifestyle destination featuring more than 35 restaurants and dining concepts, over 20 acres of parks and open space, a new state-of-the-art concert venue, 2,200 residential units, and Weave, a 168,000-square-foot premier workplace community that will be the first mass timber office building in Orange County.
Date/Time: Friday, April 3rd – 11:30am to 1:00pm.
Time will be set aside for networking, lunch, and Mr. Frick’s presentation.
Location: The Boardwalk, 18565-18575 Jamboree Road, Irvine, CA.
We’ll be meeting in the Newport/Laguna Conference Room (the big room).
