Meet the speaker: Michael Bryan

Achieving authenticity in the workplace.  "I learned many years ago that being authentic in the workplace is crucial for achieving the results you want. In this session, I’m going to show you how to crack into your authenticity to present as the person you were always meant to be."

Michael is an executive coach, mentor, writer and performer with over 25 years of experience supporting high-performing individuals and senior leaders across media, entertainment, investment banking, AI, machine learning, public relations, real estate and private education. He has worked closely with network heads, C-suite executives, and creative leaders, helping them expand their careers and organizations while cultivating emotional intelligence, clarity, and balance.

Michael is recognized for helping accomplished leaders reconnect with their emotional lives, enabling them to lead with compassion, agility, and authenticity. He guides clients in transitioning from reactive habits to a responsive, purpose-driven leadership style – crucial in today’s rapidly evolving professional landscape. Michael’s approach is highly individualized, grounded in the belief that there is no single ‘right’ path, only the path that aligns with each leader’s truth, values, and potential. He supports dynamic and driven leaders in the development and writing of their legacy works by guiding them in their non-fiction books and published articles, many of whom have become best-sellers.

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual and Performing Arts from New York University

Michael has also studied extensively with The Hoffman Institute and the Carl Jung Foundation, as well as with graduate-level programs in human psychology at Columbia University. Leader volunteer at New York Cares.
