About Taylor Neiman:
Taylor Neiman is a Los Angeles–based real estate investor with 15 years of experience and the founder of Centaurus Real Estate Investments (CentaurusREI), a firm focused on value-add multifamily opportunities for private investors. He previously helped build a multistate rental portfolio at Team Kalsman and has advised firms on fund strategy and capital allocation.
Earlier, Taylor led Operations & Analytics for JLL’s West Region Industrial Capital Markets Group, supporting over $1 billion in annual transactions, and held roles at RCLCO and LACERA. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BS in Chemistry from Harvey Mudd College, and is active in several real estate organizations.
