Claire (CC) Salzman

Claire Salzman is a Harvard Business School MBA graduate and experienced business leader with a strong background in entrepreneurship, strategy, digital transformation, and consumer products. She is currently the Founder & CEO of Hydra Hydration, where she built a venture-backed company from concept to six-figure revenue in its first year, expanded distribution to hundreds of retail locations, and established partnerships with major retailers and e-commerce platforms.

Previously, Claire held leadership and strategy roles at Kraft Heinz, ByteDance/TikTok, and IBM, driving revenue growth, digital transformation, new market development, operational efficiency, and strategic innovation. Her experience includes managing large-scale business initiatives, developing new channels and products, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering significant measurable financial impact. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a magna cum laude B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from The Ohio State University.
