Meet the speaker:

Ari Nadelman

Ari is a Managing Director with Diamond Capital Advisors, a middle market investment banking firm. He has 20 years of experience executing M&A transactions in technology, healthcare, manufacturing, recycling/environmental services, publishing, business services, food/beverage and consumer products. He is an expert at identifying and touting each unique business’s value drivers, and finding the right acquirer to place the highest value on the client’s business. 

Prior to M&A he was a serial entrepreneur having founded seven businesses across diverse industries including real estate development, wireless internet technology, dental and environmental waste management, and international merchandise export. As a result of his experience building and selling companies for his own account, he brings a unique understanding to the needs of his clients.

 The foundation for his entrepreneurial skills started with 15 years in the family business recovering and selling freight involved in train derailments. Ari grew up in Los Angeles, received his Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley, followed by the Executive Program at UCLA Anderson. He obtained Series 7, 63, 24, 28, and 79 securities registrations, and has held seats on several boards including the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (now EO), CISPA, and several education-related entities. Ari’s passions include woodworking and travel and he is fluent in Spanish, French and Italian.
