Meet the speaker:
Linda Guthmann Krieger

Linda Guthmann Krieger is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Hospitality Practice Groups with extensive experience in trials, arbitration, and mediation in matters involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour law, and trade secrets. She advises small and mid-sized businesses as corporate counsel on day-to-day employment matters and workplace compliance. Trained in dispute resolution at Pepperdine Law, she also serves as a mediator and neutral workplace investigator in state and federal matters. A longtime leader in the legal community, she served as President of the Long Beach Bar Association (2019–2020) and has been recognized as a California Super Lawyer since 2014. She earned her B.A. from the University of Illinois and her J.D. from UCLA.
