Operations Manager for an Economic Consulting and Forensic Accounting Firm

Our client is a large economic consulting and forensic accounting firm, partnering with top law firms and attorneys across the country. They are seeking an Operations Manager for their Los Angeles office to run day-to-day operations and assist with Human Resources and Accounting. They are a fast-growing, well-respected group of professionals who view this role as a vital part of their team.

Responsibilities: - Manage team of ~7-10 administrative and accounting professionals and oversee day-to-day operations for the firm - Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting in Quickbooks related to the firms’ operations - Ensure accurate and appropriate use of Salesforce across administrative team - Address most HR-related administration - Monitor office supply of materials, supplies, and services - Provide a variety of administrative support as-needed, including phone management, filing, and coordination of office activities - Assist with office scheduling, coordination of special projects and serve as back-up administrative support to executives - Interface with clients, vendors, and service providers

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree, required - 5-7 years’ experience in a similar operations role - Experience in Quickbooks, required - Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Experience with Salesforce, strongly preferred – tech-savviness, a must! - Ability to proactively anticipate needs of the office and clients - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Leadership sensibilities and an ability to motivate a team
