Creative Director for a D2C E-Commerce Kitchenware Company

Description: Our client is a fast-growing and innovative D2C e-commerce kitchenware company. They are seeking a Creative Director to lead and define the overall creative process within the company. This role is extremely hands-on and necessitates a strong leader who will oversee the visual presentation of the brand across all creative touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development across all aspects of the brand experience (photography, print, packaging, art design, advertising, media, merchandising, etc.) – a somewhat massive volume of creative output
- Guide direction for design and photography into a unified and cohesive brand experience by setting guidelines for art, messaging, and engagement and serving as the final “eye” on all creative
- Lead and manage in-house creative team day-to-day (graphic designer, designer, photographers, etc.) as well as agency relationships, as needed
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, or another related field preferred
- Hands-on experience leading creative process and brand development for a high-growth consumer brand; significant exposure to e-comm
- 8+ years of brand creative experience developing brand vision, web design, video, and photography, and social media strategy – ideally at least some experience executing a large-scale television campaign
- Strong work ethic; comfort managing a voluminous creative load with a growing team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/high-growth environment, multi-task, and manage teams
