Accounting firm in Encino is looking for a full-time experienced office manager. Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a CPA/Law office.

Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate office operations to ensure smooth running of the firm by implementing effective day to day operations and procedures that deliver high level of organizational effectiveness. This involves managing daily needs pertaining to business operations, accounting, human resources, information technology, business development and other areas of firm operation as needed. This role will oversee diverse office needs and develop procedures to facilitate efficiency.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience working in a CPA/Law firm office manager role. Experience managing diverse office needs such as accounting, insurance, hiring, benefits, payroll, internal communication, hardware/software, external vendors, etc. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Efficient time management, able to meet deadlines and follow instructions/procedures.
