Call Center Director for a Cannabis Accessory Distributor

Our client is a leading packaging and accessory importer, designer, and distributor in the cannabis, pharmaceutical, and medical marijuana space. They pride themselves on high quality and high volume production and have experienced rapid growth. They are seeking a talented Call Center Director to lead the sales & customer service teams in their busy call center. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities: - Lead a busy call center sales and customer service team in day-to-day sales and operations - Train, mentor, and inspire staff (with a primary focus on inside sales and best-in-class customer service) - Work with the executive team on overall sales/customer service strategy for the company, including growth plan, compensation structure, training programs, and organizational structure - Leverage sales data to drive decision-making

Requirements: - Bachelors Degree; MBA a plus - 5-7 years’ relevant sales experience; inside sales management a must - Proven ability to lead an inside sales/customer service team to success - Excited to "be on the ground floor" of a growing company in a growing industry - Analytical mind and ability to make decisions on sales direction based on data - Call center experience, required
