Our client is a large healthcare staffing company that specializes in per diem and travel nursing. They service 30 hospitals around Los Angeles and San Diego and provide world-class healthcare to patients. They are seeking a full-time nurse recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess at least a year of recruiting experience (specifically in nurse recruiting).

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategy to recruit nurses to join the team - Facilitate the onboarding process of new nurses - Maintain positive rapport with recruits and continue to develop relationships - Build strong nurse referral network - Provide regular reporting on activity and progress

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, required - 1-3 years of recruiting experience - Experience in nurse recruiting, preferred - Proven ability to create and execute recruiting strategy - Ability to develop meaningful, lasting relationships and remain organized while managing multiple recruits - Problem-solving mentality strong customer service skills - Punctual, professional, reliable and trustworthy
